Bradford Crown Court Listings — Today’s Cases & Daily Hearings

The Bradford Crown Court listings page brings you the official daily cause list for Bradford Combined Court Centre, the city’s principal venue for serious criminal trials. Sitting at Exchange Square on Drake Street in the heart of the city centre, this purpose-built courthouse hears jury trials, sentencing hearings, plea and trial preparation hearings (PTPH), bail applications, and appeals from the magistrates’ courts across West Yorkshire. Our daily feed mirrors the schedule published by HM Courts & Tribunals Service (HMCTS), so journalists, solicitors, defendants, witnesses and members of the public can see who is in court today, in which courtroom, and before which judge.

About Bradford Combined Court Centre

Bradford Combined Court Centre opened in 1993 and was designed by architects Napper Collerton in a distinctive Modernist style. The building houses eleven courtrooms and operates as both a Crown Court and a County Court, replacing the older arrangement under which the city’s most serious criminal cases were tried at Bradford City Hall, with the lengthiest sentences passed at Leeds Town Hall. The court’s official Crown Court location code is 402 and its County Court code is 141. It has hosted a number of high-profile West Yorkshire trials, including the 2007 conviction of Ronald Castree for the 1975 murder of Lesley Molseed — a case that ultimately exonerated the late Stefan Kiszko.
